Product packaging specification

Packing of module products

  • Put the qualified products into the corresponding model blister box packaging.

  • Boden, Oberfläche und Seiten des Kartons werden mit antistatischem Schaumstoff ausgekleidet, um das Produkt zu schützen. Entsprechend der Verpackungsmenge werden die Blisterverpackungen des Produkts in den Umkarton gelegt. Bei großem Abstand zwischen den Blisterverpackungen wird ein Stück antistatischer Schaumstoff in die Mitte gelegt. Der leere Raum im Endkarton muss ebenfalls mit antistatischem Schaumstoff ausgefüllt werden, um Transportschäden zu vermeiden.

  • Das Etikett für die Außenverpackung wird an der Seite der Außenverpackung angebracht. Etikettieren Sie die Außenverpackung nach dem Verschließen.

  • Zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung sollte der gesamte Umkarton mit mindestens zwei Lagen Schutzfolie umwickelt werden.
